Order Processing Time

Customized embroidery orders may require 2–5 additional business days for processing.

- Other Locations: 4–8 Business Days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier service availability, weather, or location. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email and SMS.

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link on your registered email and mobile number. You can track your order status in real-time.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID.
We will arrange a replacement for eligible cases after verification.
