Orders

ScrubKart reserves the right to:

• Accept or reject any order
• Cancel fraudulent orders
• Cancel orders due to stock unavailability
• Limit quantities on promotional offers

Custom Embroidery

Customized products (Name/Logo Embroidery):

• Cannot be cancelled after production begins.
• Cannot be exchanged or returned unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Please verify embroidery details carefully before placing your order.

Intellectual Property

All content including logos, graphics, product images, and website content belongs to ScrubKart and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

ScrubKart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
